Two platforms, one approach
PAKG provides both Employee Navigator and EASE to clients. Both replace paper applications with online enrollment, and we'll recommend the one that fits your payroll system and how your team works.
Who runs it
We can run it for you, your team can run it, or we can split the work. Some clients want to approve new hires themselves and leave everything else to us. Others want us to handle it all. Either way, we set it up and train your people.
What employees can do
Employees update their own information, make benefit elections, view company documents and report life events like a marriage or a new child. Those changes sync across the platform to your carriers, payroll provider and administrators, so nobody has to re-enter them.
ACA reporting
For employers who need it, the platforms support 1094 and 1095 reporting and eligibility tracking for variable-hour employees. That makes it easier to see who qualifies for coverage and to file on time.
What it isn't
Software doesn't fix bad data. We check the setup before enrollment and review what's flowing to carriers afterward, because a wrong effective date in the system becomes a wrong ID card in someone's wallet.
