Open Enrollment

Enrollment only lasts a few weeks. Most of the work happens before it starts.

  1. Renewal settles

Rates and contributions are final. We build the plan lineup into Employee Navigator or EASE and test it.

  2. Before the window opens

Dates go out, the benefit guide is finished and meetings are on the calendar.

  3. Meeting week

We present in person or online, in plain language, and stay until the questions run out.

  4. Enrollment is open

Employees enroll online. Reminders go out and we help anyone who gets stuck.

  5. After it closes

We check every election against carrier and payroll records before the plan year begins.

Open enrollment is the annual window when employees can join, change or drop their employer-sponsored benefits.

In the room, or on a call

We travel to run enrollment meetings in person across the US when that's the best way to reach your people. A warehouse crew, a clinic staff or a team that's never had good benefits before usually gets more from a person in the room than a slide deck.

When your team is spread out, we run virtual sessions and record them for anyone who can't make it.

What a good meeting covers

What changed this year and why. How each plan works in real situations, like what urgent care costs or how a deductible applies to a prescription. Then the awkward questions, and there are always a few.

We'd rather spend ten extra minutes with one confused employee than have them pick the wrong plan and find out in March.

Enrolling online

Employees compare plans, add dependents and upload documents from a phone or computer. The system nudges anyone who hasn't finished as the deadline gets close.

Once the window closes, elections flow to carriers and payroll electronically. We review them before the effective date so nobody starts the year without coverage they chose.

What stays off HR's plate

Building the presentation, answering plan questions, chasing late enrollees and reconciling elections. You'll know where things stand without having to run it yourself.
