What this assessment looks at
Most benefits problems aren't about the plan itself. They show up in how the plan is run: a renewal that arrives with no time to react, an enrollment meeting nobody remembers, or a payroll deduction that doesn't match the carrier bill.
The questions cover funding, renewal, enrollment, employee support and administration. Each answer either suggests things are working or points to a specific part of your setup that may need attention.
It doesn't price plans or evaluate your risk. For that, you need your actual renewal and claims data, which is what a benefits strategy review uses.
