Short on purpose
We put together a benefit guide every plan year. It covers what each plan costs per paycheck, how it works when you use it, who to call and what to do when life changes.
Most guides fail because they're forty pages of carrier language. Ours are meant to be short enough that people actually read them.
How employees use it
Most people open the guide twice. Once at enrollment, when they're comparing plans, and again months later when something happens and they need a phone number or a deadline. We design for both. Costs and comparisons sit up front. Contacts and what to do after a life event sit at the back, where they're easy to find.
Keeping it current
Plan names, contributions and carriers change at renewal, and an out-of-date guide causes more problems than no guide. We update it every year as part of renewal.
We also help keep the benefits sections of your employee handbook accurate. Eligibility rules and waiting periods drift, and handbooks tend to lag behind. We flag what needs changing.
On paper or on screen
Guides can be printed for enrollment meetings, posted in your enrollment platform, or both. Employees on Employee Navigator or EASE can find them next to their plan documents all year.
